Day II

Day two unfortunately started in the health center due to covid going around campus. It feels like we truly cannot escape from this virus. I am a close contact to multiple people so its definitely stressing me out during senior project. I also wasn't feeling good today but after getting a negative rapid test result I went to  Slocumb and spent 1 hour throwing, trimming, and glazing pots before starting on work today. I wrote outside of Slocumb for one hour but wasn't feeling great so I went to my dorm. I spent three hours sketching in my room of things I saw and took photos of today.

Even though I wasn't feeling great it was still a beautiful day so here's some photos I took that inspired some poems and sketches I did in my dorm later on:

Tomorrow I hope to wake up feeling better and getting into Slocumb bright and early to work all day. I have been loving the amount of time I can spend in such a creative and inspiring environment.
