Day III

May 11, 2022 9:30pm

Day three started in Slocumb at 11:00 with a little bit of pottery. Then started working on sketches and editing some poems till 12:30. Went to lunch and then rehearsal and then more rehearsal. I was pretty exhausted after playing pretend on the big stage but I rallied through and wrote for an hour, that started at 8:00pm till 9:00pm. Today was warm and beautiful but sadly I spent most of it in rehearsal. Rehearsal was still fun I always enjoy performing with my friends. It inspired me to write about thing I was grateful for. It also inspired me to sketch a few close friends and write kind words about them.

Today was a short day but I felt very busy with such a long rehearsal schedule today. I started at 1:00pm and finished at 7:45pm. I could’ve gotten up earlier but I still was feeling a little weak from being sick. Tomorrow will be a better day now that I feel 100%. I will start with sketches in Slocumb and maybe throw some clay when I get tired of drawing. I love incorporating pottery into my schedule even though it’s not an official part of my project. It helps me stay inspired and relaxed. I hope to make lots of pieces to bring to my future apartment.
